South Tyneside Metropolitan Borough Council is on the hunt for a landscape architect to design a new £1.5 million public park
The waterfront park, near the mouth of the river Tyne, is part of a masterplan for the regeneration of a 35ha Brownfield site development into five mixed-use neighbourhoods.
