To supplement its existing hotel and conference facilities, the University of Nottingham is looking for an architect to design a mid-range, 200-bedroom hotel, including its retaurant, kitchen and bar facilities. Shortlisting is by pre-qualification questionnaire.
The PQQ must be submitted by 5 July 2010.

The University of Nottingham wishes to engage with suitable qualified individual companies to undertake a feasibility study and following the approval of a preferred development option, design development for the proposed new mid-range hotel with the facility to provide 150-200 bedrooms, meetings rooms (to complement the hotel and the Conference Centre), restaurant, kitchen and bar facilities. The contract will cover consultant appointments offering one or more of architectural, structural and mechanical and electrical design services with relevant capabilities.
