[Registration must be completed by 26 August] A single stage competition has been launched focusing on a 17 kilometre strip of brown field land running along Canada’s Autoroute 20
Open to design professionals, the international contest seeks development proposals for a strip of land linking Montreal-Trudeau International Airport to the city’s downtown area.
The competition has a total prize fund of 100,000 Canadian Dollars. Winning entrants will be invited to present their ideas to public stakeholders at a design workshop.
Registration is free but proposals include 2 A0 presentation boards, a video not exceeding 2 minutes and an accompanying text not exceeding 500 words.
Registration must be completed by 26 August
Proposals must be received by 7 October
Results will be announced 28 October
Design workshop to take place 20 to 21 November
