Micro housing ideas contest opens in Denver
[Registration should be made by 1 May] Roth Sheppard Architects and the Denver Architectural League have launched a ‘Micro Housing’ design contest
Open to students and professionals, the contest seeks designs to accommodate eight, 115m² homes on a 12 by 15 metre site in Denver’s Ringsby Court.
Proposals should maintain public access to the river and consider the use of ‘modularity and prefabrication’ to create affordable housing. A site map is available through the contest page.
The contest’s £32 entry fee will contribute towards its expected £1,500 prize fund.
Registration should be made by 1 May
