Leicester seeks architect for city centre 'food park'

[Responses are due 2 April] Leicester City Council is looking for an architect to design catering outlets for its new Leicester Food Park

The winning team will develop the project from RIBA stage C under a design and build contract with Willmott Dixon

The council is pursuing the development in response to ‘a lack of affordable food grade units’ in the city.

The £500,000 contract is thought to be suitable for SMEs. A Quality Qualification Questionnaire will be required from each applicant.
