Leeds university opens £1.5m projects framework

[Expressions of interest to be received by 28 March] The University of Leeds is seeking architects for a framework covering a range of projects worth more than £1.5 million

The two year framework will cover a range of architectural projects on the university’s main Leeds campus and satellite locations. The agreement has an option to extend for an additional two years.

Services required are architectural, project management, mechanical and electrical engineering, civil and structural engineering, quanitity surveying, clerk of works and construction design, management, consultancy services and interior design.

Each lot is expected to be awarded to between one and three suppliers.
