Landscape concepts sought for Islington’s Roscoe Street

The Peabody Group are on the hunt for a landscape architect to produce initial concepts for Roscoe Street, in the centre of Islington’s Whitecross estate.

Expected to be staged works, the appointed architect will act as lead consultant while procuring and managing other specialists deemed required for the works.

Proposed design concepts will be worked up with assistance from a community engagement consultant with models and rendered impressions to ‘engage with the community’ required.

The contract has an anticipated £150,000 value with delivery on site expected in August 2015. Construction is set to begin in October 2013.
