Ideas contest opens for £4.3m library in South Korea
[Registration must be completed by 30 July] South Korea’s Daegu Architectural Culture Confederation and the International Union of Architects have opened an ideas contest to design a £4.3m Library in Daegu City
Open to students and professionals, the contest focuses on a 3,100m² site which will be divided between study areas, offices and exhibition spaces.
A £29,000 prize fund will be divided among the finalists. The winner will be invited to further develop the scheme
Selected entries will be exhibited during the 2012 Daegu Architecture Culture Biennale in October.
Relevant deadlines:
Registration must be completed by 30 July
Entries to be submitted by 10 September
