Ideas contest launched for Seine crossing

[Early registration should be completed by 19 June] Competition organiser ArchTriumph has launched an ideas contest looking for schemes for a new bridge over the river Seine in Paris

Architects, recent graduates and students are invited to submit plans for any site along the river. No pre-defined size is set for the bridge.

Intended as ‘a new icon of Paris’, the bridge must allow access to all and respect French planning laws for the region in terms of size.

The first place entry will receive £625 and qualify for a second round competition based in London.
