The government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines has launched a design competition for its new 1,858m² hospitality and maritime training institute
The 300,000 Euro contract is for the design of four buildings including an administration complex and student hostel.
The deadline for receipt of applications is 31 May.

It is envisaged that the proposed Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Hospitality and Maritime Training Institute will consist of 4 main buildings including: the hospitality training building, the maritime training building, administration building and a student hostel. The buildings shall be predominantly reinforced concrete with a single-/2-storeyed layout depending on the dimensions of the site. Total floor space of buildings shall be between 1,672 and 1,8582. External works shall include drains, paths and driveways, fence and sewerage system for the complex.
The maximum budget is 300 000 Euros.
