Three lots are available with the first focused on architectural and interior design, engineering, BIM modelling, BREEAM and CDM services.

Each potential strategic partner must be capable of providing all services listed in the contract either through in house methods or as sub consultants.

The four year contract has an option to extend to a limit of eight years.

A maximum contract value across all lots has been announced at £120 million over the maximum eight year period.
