Guildford Borough Council hunts for architect for design framework

Guildford Borough Council is on the hunt for an architect to deliver 24 new homes on council owned sites

Guildford’s Ladymead and Slyfield Green areas have been chosen as the sites for 24 new homes.

Hopeful teams should be architect-led and should include engineers, quantity surveys and a project manager.

The contract has a budget of £310,000 and work is due to begin on site in January 2014. The project is set to complete in 2017.

Requests for PQQs should be made through the provided email address with completed responses due by 1 December.
