Enniskillen school revamp seeks architect

[Requests to participate to be returned by 19 March] Northern Ireland’s Western Education and Library Board is on the hunt for an architect-led design team to deliver a £5.7 million primary school from RIBA stage C

Teams must provide a BREEAM assessor and include a quantity surveyor, mechanical and structural engineers and CDM services.

Replacing an existing school, the 3,143m² building will accommodate 465 students in 18 classrooms.

The contract may include works to extend Enniskillen Model Primary School Site and refurbishment of the listed Model School House building

Construction is due to start on 21 July and the project is planned to complete in March 2018.
