University College Birmingham is looking for architects to design the 25,900m2 second phase of its campus development. Buildings must maximise flexibility for future adaptations, and should mirror phase one’s BREEAM Excellent rating. Phase two will be taken to a minimum of RIBA Stage 3. Design teams are sought for the £5 million redevelopment of the Pleasance Complex in Edinburgh. Architects are called to design a more ‘flexible and attractive’ interior layout for the six Grade B-listed buildings. The appointed team will also manage the works to occupation.
