A conservation team for Harrow’s Headstone Manor, Estonia’s Pärnu City begins Sea Art Part hunt and University College Dublin tenders science campus framework. The editor’s pick of this week’s top competitions

A conservation architect-led team is sought by Headstone Manor, part of Harrow Museum (pictured). Designers are needed to ‘ restore’ the Grade I-listed Manor and oversee the overhaul of associated Grade II-listed buildings. Plans include expanding the barn and granary with ‘contemporary’ extensions to house gallery spaces and a learning centre. [Requests to participate due 23 August]

The City of Pärnu has launched a single phase international contest to design a Baltic Sea Art Park for the Estonian city. A riverside site has been selected for a number of land-based public buildings alongside waterborne pavilions. The contest boasts a £9,500 prize fund. [Submissions are due 10 October]

University College Dublin is looking for architect-led teams to work on its Science Centre and other facilities. The job will cover refurbishment works and new-build projects. Eight firms will be invited to tender based on first stage submissions. The four-year contract is open exclusively to integrated teams. [Responses to be returned by 13 August]
