Durham university seeks architect for physics research facility
[Requests to participate must be received by 13 March] The University of Durham is seeking architect-led teams to design a new physics facility on its science campus
Shortlisted teams will submit designs for the 3,000m² building, which must be cost-effective yet compatible with Durham’s world heritage sites and will contain offices, social areas, research spaces and laboratories.
The £13 million building is planned to be between two and three floors high and located to the west of an existing physics facility.
