Durham University hunts architects for £12m framework

Architectural consultants, offering full design team services, are being sough for Durham University’s new four year framework

Acting as lead consultants, architect-led teams are sought for a raft of construction projects inside Durham City as well as schemes for the University’s Queens Campus Stockton inside Stockton-on-Tees.

The framework is divided into three lots based on project budgets, namely schemes with a value of up to £750,000; between £750,000 and £3,250,000; and in excess of £3,250,000.

Documents will be available up until the response deadline of 7 April through the allocated page.

Up to six teams will be appointed to the four year contract with successful teams invited to submit tenders from 23 May.
