Dunoon Burgh Hall conversion, Scotland

[PQQs must be returned by 14 May] The Dunoon Burgh Hall Trust is looking to appoint a design team to progress the 1874 Grade B-listed hall’s conversion to an arts venue.

Design services to RIBA Stage D are sought to support a Heritage Lottery Fund grant round-two application and later guide the project to contract completion.

Designs to present have been completed by John McAslan + Partners.

The Dunoon Burgh Hall opened in 1874 as the only theatre in Argyll.

A contract is due to be awarded on 15 June.
