Design team sought for County Down leisure centre

[Requests to participate due 8 March] Northern Ireland’s Down District Council is on the hunt for an integrated design team to deliver a new build leisure centre

The tender is open only to teams certified with the Northern Ireland government’s ‘constructionline’ scheme. Teams must provide architectural services, engineering services and CDM Co-ordination.

The project in the Newcastle area of County Down has an estimated £400,000 services fee. The contract will include obtaining planning consent and design and supervision of construction on site.
