Design team sought for conversions at National University of Ireland

The National University of Ireland in Galway is tendering for design teams to renovate and convert their existing civil engineering workshops into a new theatre and performance centre

The facilites within the university’s RMJM-designed engineering building, which completed in 2011, have been designated for re-use as performing arts spaces.

The three year project has a £130,000 contract value with tendering teams required to offer all design services required under one appointment.

Tenders are due 5 September through the university’s tender page.
