Design team sought for £15 million Oxfordshire leisure centre

[Requests to participate 15 April] South Oxfordshire District Council is on the hunt for a multidisciplinary consultant team to design a new £15 million leisure centre in north-east Didcot in Oxfordshire

A design team are sought for an ‘iconic’ leisure centre.

Work will include an initial feasibility study with the team then taking the scheme through the RIBA stage E.

The appointed consultants are expected to act as technical advisor during construction with the team made up of an architects role, engineering, sustainability consultant and other specialists.

Design works are due to begin July 2013 with start on site planned for December 2014.
