The scheme will double the capacity of the existing facilities, allowing the hub to handle 13 million users a year by 2030.

The 80,000m² site currently houses the Europa Bus centre and Great Victoria Street Railway Station. Teams will be asked to draw up a masterplan of the surrounding area as a mixed use development. Interested parties will be shortlisted on responses with selected parties tendering.

Interested parties will be shortlisted on responses with selected parties tendering for both the design and management of the works.
