Design team needed for Welsh primary school

  • Comment

[Requests to participate are due 12 June] Conwy County Borough Council in Wales is on the lookout for a multi-disciplinary design team for a £2.56 million primary school

Arising from the merger of the Ysgol Maelgwyn and Ysgol Nant Y Coed schools, the project is expected to be divided into two stages.

Services are initially required up to planning and RIBA stage D but may progress in February 2014 depending on land acquisition.

The project is planned to complete in 2016. The two schools being replaced will remain open until the new building is ready for students.
