Croydon seeks architects for housing
[Requests to participate must be registered 11 April] The London Borough of Croydon is seeking architects for a new-build housing programme, from feasibility study through to planning permission and into development of documentation for Design and Build tenders
The services are valued from £500,000 up to £1.5 million and include the design development of around 50 units a year.
Schemes will be designed and built to a minimum of Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 and will feature renewable technologies.
The programme covers houses, bungalows and flats. Sites will range from single units to up to ten units.
The two year contract is due to begin on 25 June and conclude in 2014.
