Croatian port launches major ideas contest
The port of Rijeka Authority in Croatia has launched an international ideas contest for the future of the city’s Delta and Porto Baros area
Entrants are tasked with devising a ‘distinctive city landmark’ retaining existing structures and geographic features along the waterfront.
A single stage contest, each team must contain at least one masters graduate level member and a collaborating professional locally registered.
Teams selected for the top three positions will claim a share of the £23,000 prize fund with entry free of charge.
Submissions are due 22 October through the contest page with the jury decision due 25 November.
