Coventry seeks design team for £4.6m schools extensions

  • Comment

[Requests to participate to be returned by 29 June] Coventry City Council is on the hunt for an architect-led design team for the design and contract management of two proposed school extensions

The £4.6 million project aims to create ‘comfortable, welcoming, light and warm learning’ spaces. BREEAM standards will be followed ‘where appropriate’, though a rating is not being sought.

Teaching will continue throughout construction with some stages of the work potentially being phased.

The inclusion of additional sites could see the programme’s budget increase to £13 million.
