Coventry City Council tenders £4.1 million primary school

Coventry City Council is on the hunt for an architect-led design team to deliver a £4.1 million primary school

Due to house 420 students and doubling the current school’s capacity, the new build school will also house a nursery and is due for completion in July 2015.

The works will form part of the council’s Increasing Pupil Places Programme 2015.

A full design team including architects, landscape architects, engineers, CDM, a project manager and a quantity surveyor, is required for the project.

A minimum of five teams will be invited to tender based on PQQ submissions.

PQQs are due by 4 November with further tender information available through the regional page.
