Council seeks architect for 44 homes in Ayrshire

[Requests to participate must be received by 16 March] North Ayrshire Council is on the hunt for architectural services to build 44 new homes in Kilwinning, Scotland

Architect and lead consultant services are required - alongside civil and structural engineering services - for the £4.6 million mixed-housing scheme.

A combination of wheelchair accessible bungalows and two to four bedroom houses is sought. Semi-detached housing is preferred but not essential.

The project is due to start on site in December and is expected to complete by December 2013.
