Cork City Council seeks architect for 23 homes
[Requests to participate to be received by 30 November] Cork City Council in Ireland is on the hunt for an architect for 23 residential units on a brownfield site
The chosen architect will be expected to lead the design team and work as the employers’ representative and project supervisor. A separate project manager with responsibility for overall implementation may be appointed later.
The successful design team will also be required to provide a range of services including civil engineering, quantity surveyor and building services engineering.
Associated site works including demolition works will be necessary to prepare the site for construction.
