Connected, Consultants Framework Agreement
Housing group Connected seeks an architect in order to implement a £75-150 million Consultants Framework Agreement (across three lots) to facilitate delivery of their new build and refurbishment projects in line with their rolling annual capital programme. The housing associations predominately work in north and west London and the northern home counties.

Connected is seeking to implement a consultancy framework agreement for the following disciplines to facilitate delivery of their new build and refurbishment projects in line with their rolling annual capital programmes:
Connected consists of a consortium of Octavia Housing Ltd, Shepherds Bush Housing Group Ltd and The Origin Housing Group Ltd. The consortium was created in 2005 as an alternative model for growth resulting in improved good practice, cost savings and service improvements for the community. Connected has enabled three medium-sized organisations to take advantage of development opportunities.
The housing associations predominately work in north and west London and the northern home counties and share a commitment to high-quality service delivery and a strong community focus. Our property portfolio is worth approximately 13 000 GBP in value and we are a HCA partner.
