Cliffe Castle Park Restoration, Bradford

[Requests to participate must be received by 5 September] The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council seeks proposals for the restoration of Cliffe Castle Park to RIBA stage D, with funding deciding the implementation of the works.

Plans are sought for the restoration of Cliffe Castle Park in this two part contract - part one calls for architects to prepare designs to RIBA Stage D, with part two dependant on further Heritage Lottery Funding, the proposed works will then be carried out by the successful party.

The two stages carry an estimated contract value of £150,000 and £345,000 respectively. A procurement strategy and cost advice for the proposed works will be required for the part 2 funding proposal.
