Central and east London housing framework

[Requests to participate must be received by 9 December 2011] The North River Alliance is on the hunt for architects and other design professionals for a four-year framework agreement

The contract covers new build projects and refurbishments across the London boroughs of Islington, Hackney, Waltham Forest, Tower Hamlets, Enfield, Haringey, Barnet and Camden. The North River Alliance (NRA) represents a number of housing associations in the capital.

Architectural services are required for two lots. The first for projects worth up to £2.5 million and the second for those worth over £2 million. Applicants cannot tender for both lots simultaneously.

The NRA plans to build as many as 600 new homes over the contract period. The budget for the term is set at £80 million.
