Cambridge University seeks architect for New Museums Site building
[Expressions of interest must be received by 22 December 2011] The University of Cambridge is seeking expressions of interest for the refurbishment of its Arup Associates-designed 1971 New Museums Site building in the city centre
The £35 million, two-stage develop and construct contract is due to begin in February and complete in 2016. The appointed architect will take a lead consultant role on the 15,000m² project.
Construction work will be phased due to museum collections stored on site.
Expressions of interest must be received by 22 December 2011
Invitations to participate will be released 9 January 2012
