Bristol City tenders workplace design services job

[Register requests to attend by 31 August] Bristol City Council is looking to appoint a specialist workplace strategy organisation to lead and deliver the design elements of its workplace programme

The successful lead agent will be responsible for all of the £8 million programme’s design elements covering architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical services.

‘Considerable experience’ in redesigning and refurbishment of listed buildings is required for the conversion of buildings along Smeaton Road, into new council office space, plus five satellite offices.

A supplier’s open morning is planned to be held on 5 September. The deadline to register to attend the open morning is 31 August.
