[Registration deadline 21 June] The Chungcheongbuk-do provincial government in South Korea has launched a competition to masterplan Osong ‘BioValley’
The contest is part of a bid to fill the valley with ‘globally leading’ bio-industries.
The 9,542,000m² masterplan must incorporate bio-related activities such as research, administration, industry, education, medical, culture, tourism, service and others.
A total prize fund of KRW 450,000,000is available, with the winner receiving KRW 200,000,000 plus a design commission.
English and Korean are the competition’s official languages.
The deadline for registration is 21 June.
Entries submission deadline is 21 September
The winner will be announced 26 September
