Biotechnology building, Cambridge University

The University of Cambridge is on the hunt for architects to design a new building for its Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology

Stage one involves contractor appointment, design development, sub-contract tendering, contract sum and construction contract agreement.

This must be within the budget figure before progression to Stage two of the process which will entail the construction/engineering works.

This is estimated to cost £40,000,000 plus VAT and the procurement of the works will be on a ‘two-stage’ basis.
