[Expressions of interest must be returned by 6 June] The British Film Institute (BFI) in London is seeking an architect for the redevelopment of its 21 Stephen Street offices

The project has a value of between £50,000 to £100,000 and involves the refurbishment of the 1950s office building’s first and ground floor.

The refurbishment covers parts of the building previously used for the BFI library which has relocated to the institute’s Southbank base.

Cost consultant, M&E engineering and structural engineering services are also called for in separate lots.
