Belfast tenders four-year design framework

[Deadline for PQQs 19 July] Belfast City Council is tendering for design teams to complete a range of schemes as part of a four-year contract

The £10 million programme includes new builds and refubishments and covers cultural facilities, historic and listed buildings, regeneration schemes and sports facilities.

Applying teams must include an architect, building services engineer, structural engineer and civil engineer.

Seven teams are expected to be appointed with the RIBA plan of work 2013 to be adopted as a guide to stages.

The contract will be operated by Belfast City Council but services by the appointed teams will be available to surrounding councils if necessary.

A deadline of 19 July has been set for PQQ returns through the council’s page.
