Architects sought for west London housing scheme

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is on the hunt for architects to redevelop a site in Edenham Way for housing

Teams experienced in taking similar projects through RIBA stages 1 to 7 are called for with experience in delivering schemes of more than 60homes.

Other design team members will be contracted through the successful practice acting as design team lead.

Hopeful teams must show experience working with with Grade II* listed buildings and inner city residential design experience to be eligible.

An initial planning application will be required from the successful team with a contract value currently set at £500,000.

Completed PQQs are expected by 15 January 2014 with hopeful teams asked to register and download documents from the authority’s chosen tender page.
