[Requests to participate to be received by 3 August] The London Borough of Hounslow is on the hunt for an ‘innovative and accomplished’ architect to develop outline designs for the improvement of Hounslow High street and other streets in west London town centre

Launched as part of the Mayor’s Outer London Fund, the programme seeks a single design consultancy or consortia of practices beneath a single consultant to complete the works.

Teams are expected to cover urban design, landscape design, public and stakeholder consultation, quantity surveying, electrical engineering and drainage engineering services.

The winning team will be required to prepare plans for main streets in Hounslow town centre up to RIBA stage C with RIBA stage L designs are also required for works on the western part of Hounslow High Street.

The project has an estimated fees value of £259,000 and is due to complete in late March 2014.
