Architect sought for London Film School relocation

The London Film School is on the hunt for an architect-led design team to relocate the school to the Barbican Centre’s exhibition hall

The £5.9 million project is currently at feasibility stage and an architect-led team is sought to take the project forward through planning to completion.

Teams should include engineers, CDM services, acoustic and cost consultants. The PQQ sets a requirement for a minimum turnover of £2 million per annum for the past three years.

Completed PQQ responses are due by 23 December. The winning team will be announced in February 2014.

Documents are available through a dedicated page while responses should be made through the school’s tender page.

The project is expected to complete in September 2016.
