Architect sought for £3.8m Glasgow housing

Shettleston Housing Association is on the hunt for an architect for a £3.8 million residential scheme in Muiryfauld Drive, Glasgow

Planned to start on site in 2015, the project will create 42 new houses and flats and the former site of St Mark’s school.

The primary school was completely destroyed following a deliberate fire in 2012 and the site has now been completely cleared.

The winning team will be responsible for the design and delivery of the new homes. Design work is expected to start immediately following the appointment of consultants.

A civil and structural engineer, quantity surveyor and CDM coordinator will be appointed separately.

The deadline for requests to participate is 8 August.
