Architect sought for £3.6m heritage centre in Ipswich

[PQQs are to be submitted by 4 July] Suffolk Mind and the Churches Conservation Trust are on the hunt for an architect to design a wellbeing heritage centre at Saint Mary’s church in Ipswich

The trust has been awarded £3.6 million by the Heritage Lottery Fund to deliver the extension which will house complimentary therapies, performances and business space.

A contract value of £300,000 has been announced for the works which are due to complete in 2015.

Documents are available from with completed PQQs to be submitted by 4 July.
