Architect sought for £14m Inverness hotel

[Requests to participate are due 8 April] Scotland’s Albyn Housing Society is on the hunt for an architect for a £14 million hotel in Inverness

A design team is sought to develop the 120-bed hotel to RIBA stage C with an option to extend to stage L.

The appointed team must be RIBA or RIAS registered. PQQs are quired and the appointed architect will be expected to act as lead designer on the project.

The project is located on Highlands and Islands Enterprise’s Inverness Campus.
