Architect needed to design 100 homes and car park in Guildford

Guildford Borough Council has begun the search for an architect-led team to transform a car park site into new homes

The authority wants a team to take the housing-led scheme for Guildford Park Road from planning approval to RIBA stage 4, with an administration role through to RIBA stage 7.

Set to house around 100 new flats and houses, the development also includes a new multi-storey car park and associated infrastructure.

Bidding teams should include project management, engineering, landscape and cost consultancy services.

The authority has but a figure of £1,440,000 on the design contract.

Expressions of interest are due by 31 March with documents available from the TED page.
