Architect needed for Arklow library and offices

[Completed tenders are due 17 May] Wicklow County Council in Ireland is seeking an architect for a new library and offices in Arklow

 

The succesful applicant will act as lead consultant and take responsibility for detailed design, costing and supervision of the construction stage.

Plans for the scheme have already been submitted and are expected to be approved in March.

The joint-use project will includes office accommodation and a new build library

Further sub-consultants will include civil and structural engineers, mechanical electrical engineers, quantity surveyors and a project supervisor for the design process.
