Architect needed for £5.5m redevelopment of Londonderry Park

Ards Borough Council in Northern Ireland is on the hunt for a team to deliver the redevelopment of Londonderry Park in Newtownards

The park in County Down has housed green spaces and sports pitches since its opening in 1936.

Hamilton Gregory, Mayor of Ards added, ‘Londonderry Park is a green lung in the heart of Newtownards and is a great asset to the town and its people’.

Requests to participate are due 27 September with teams asked to express interest through the allocated site.
