Architect-led teams sought for £10 million Northern Ireland housing contract

Londonderry’s Apex Housing Association is looking to appoint design teams for new build housing schemes with a £10 million budget

The three year contract covering the whole of Northern Ireland, includes a range of affordable housing and regeneration schemes.

Specific projects will due include purpose built housing for the elderly, vulnerable groups and people with disabilities.

The contract will be divided into lots with teams asked to apply for works up to £3 million, works between £3 million and £6 million, or for works with a value in excess of £6 million.

All applicant teams must be architect-led with the practice being RIBA chartered. Teams must include a quantity surveyor, mechanical and civil engineers, and a CDM co-ordinator.

A PQQ will be available to interested parties through the Association’s page.

Completed PQQs should be returned by 11 November with successful teams invited to participate 17 January 2014.
