Aberdeen council seeks team for city centre masterplan

Aberdeen City Council is on the hunt for a multi-disciplinary design team to draw up a masterplan for the city centre

The authority wants a ‘visionary and compelling template’ for development over the next 20 years.

The scheme plan should also propose a ‘regeneration catalyst’ facility or feature of ‘outstanding architectural quality’.

A £750,000 budget has been allocated to the project.

PQQs are now being accepted up until 24 March through the allocated tender page, with selected practices then invited to tender for the job.
