Architect sought for £58m Liverpool uni revamp

[Responses to be received by 8 July] The University of Liverpool is on the hunt for an architect for the £58 million redevelopment of its Greenbank site

The project focusses on a Grade II*-listed building set within the Sefton Park conservation area and includes new build and demolition works.

Applicants will be required to treat all structures within the conservation area as being of ‘architectural merit’ due to the district’s sensitivity.

The project – set to include residential, commercial, and sporting facilities – will be phased to allow continuous occupation of the 84,000m² site.

Completed PQQs will only be accepted from RIBA registered professionals and should be received by 8 July.

Documents are available through the dedicated page.
